Best Carnatic Music GROUP CLASSES (Online or at our Maryland Location):  K.S. Resmi teaches all levels of students from children to adult both male and female.  All students learn a strict program of the authentic syllabus – a step by step method passed down from her gurus and taught by Resmi at the University of Madras as a full-time tenured faculty member of the Department of Indian Music. Coupled with her own 35 years of rigorous traditional training and professional performing experience, Resmi provides students with expert and sensitive instruction in learning the classical vocal music of South India. Many of her students have won numerous national & international competitions. In group classes all students sing as part of the group and by themselves at each class. Group sizes are kept small so that each student gets individual attention and so the level among the group remains the same as all students progress together. Written and audio materials are provided for each lesson. Group classes are held at my convenient Baltimore County/Maryland USA location or online. Lesson fees are paid by the month by check in the mail or by convenient online payment systems such as PayPal. All online students participate in online concerts. All students can participate in several seasonal concerts.
